We want you to love your new clothing! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note: Sale items are final — no returns or exchanges on any discounted pieces.

Exchanges

If you receive a faulty item or need to swap for a different size, we’re happy to help!
Exchanges are available for:

  • Faulty items

  • Size changes (subject to stock availability)

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel arrives safely back to us.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us at thevoodooclothingco@gmail.com with your order number.

  1. Let us know whether you’d like a return or exchange.

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions.

  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Garment Care

To keep your clothing looking its best, please follow these care instructions:

  • Turn inside out before washing

  • Machine wash on cold

  • Do not use fabric softeners

  • Do not bleach

  • Tumble dry on low

  • Do not iron over the design

Laundry symbols including machine wash delicate, do not bleach, wash at or below 30 degrees Celsius, do not dry clean, tumble dry very delicately.
